Anastase Niyonzima
"My life changed when I arrived at the Center. I had food, clothes, somewhere to sleep and people wanted to help me."
At just age seven Anastase lost his entire family in the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. For ten years he would face solitude, abuse, neglect and be forced to survive on his own on the streets of Rwanda. His life was so difficult he even comtemplated suicide. That was until a friend led him to the Rwandan Orphans Project.
